Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly signed a lifetime agreement deal with Nike worth €24 million (£21.4m) a year.
The 31-year-old is regarded as one of the best of his time in the game and off the pitch he is also a player in high demand.
A world-renowned global figure, Ronaldo has been with Nike for some time – from endorsing their boots to attending high-profile events across the globe.
The former Manchester United star, who signed a new five-year deal with Real Madrid earlier this week, has now extended his contract with Nike, with reports suggesting it is an agreement for life.
Spanish outlet AS report that Ronaldo has agreed a lifetime agreement with the global sporting brand, where he will earn a significant amount of money – £21.4 million – each year.
“I have a great relationship with this brand, I have great friends here in the company. We work as a family, too. This is my brand,” Ronaldo said in a statement.
